Enhanced Care Management
Enhanced Care Management (ECM) offers extra services at no cost to Medi-Cal members who have complex needs and challenges that make it hard to improve their health. This could include outside challenges, such as not having a place to live.
If you qualify, ECM offers seven types of services that can help you with your health and well-being. You will have a care team and your own ECM lead care manager.

Enhance Care Management (ECM) and Community Support (CS)
Molina members interested in enrolling in the Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports program(s) can contact Molina’s Member Services Department at 888-665-4621 (TTY/TDD 711), Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. A trained Member Services Representative will access the required referral forms, assist the member in completing them, and submit them to Molina’s ECM and CS team(s) to confirm program eligibility. Once verified, the ECM and CS team will contact the member.
